Shipping & Returns

Shipping fees are $15 per item or sometimes free if on promotion. Please allow 7-14 days to get your goods however - during holidays or extreme demand situations it can take 21+ days. We do not promise exact delivery dates or deadlines although we do guarantee delivery. If in rare cases after 8 weeks you still have not received your item we will reship or refund you. We generally send the goods to our shipper in 3-5 days, if an item is out of stock or we need more information before we ship we will email you. If you submit a change order request AFTER 6 hours there can be a 10% fee. We are not responsible if this request is NOT COMPLETED.

Once the goods are shipped we will post the tracking number into our system and email you the tracking number and you can follow up.- the package must be signed for. If you are not home they will leave a slip, if you fail to pick up or refuse your package you will NOT BE REFUNDED, as it your responsibility to get your order/package. We will reship if they come back but fees may be incured - the reship will take up to 2-3 weeks, we DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING charges because many of our items are shipped from our overseas trading partners or our China office .

Returns & Exchange

Some items if noted on their  product details page come with a 7 day money back guarantee , less a shipping and handling fee  , however because we are a discount shop that ships most goods from overseas and work on tight profit margins we do NOT OFFER REFUNDS on most  products purchased unless noted on product details. Exchanges can be made on defective or damaged merchandise if unused. Acceptable reasons for an Exchange: Factory defect, wrong color/size was sent, or any mistake made on our part. Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: Color are darker/lighter than picture, item had minor color differences or minor detail or wording differences from the picture, item does not fit, I would rather have a different item, clothing damaged because of washing and used items.

Customers are required to email us within 5 days of receiving their order/package. Customers requesting a return or exchange must send a digital image of wrong item, size, or damage. If approved* the return item must be sent back within 7 days (postmarked) OR we will refuse the shipment. * Customer (you) need a RA number on your Return or we will not accept the package. We generally will exchange goods as a courtesy if goods are available but we will not pay any shipping. If you need to cancel we can usually do that if you contact us within 6 hours of placing your order - all cancelation are subject to a processing fee of 15%. After 6 hours cancelations will be subjest to an order processing fee of 25% plus shipping fees wich will be charged to your account. Shipping charges are never refundable under any circumstances. In some rare cases if we give a refund on an item with free shipping we will deduct the shipping fee if the item had free shipping on purchase then on the refund  the shipping will be deducted as if it had a normal shipping fee plus 15% restocking & handling fee from the total.
