The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions") described below govern the use of this site (referred to as "designerbagland.com" or "site"). Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Conditions.

Consumer Agreement

Please allow 7-14 days to receive your product, however during holidays or extreme demand situations it can take 21+ days, we do not promise exact delivery dates or deadlines although we do guarantee delivery. In rare cases, if after 8 weeks you still have not received your item we will reship or refund you. Shipping fees are $10 per item or sometimes free if it is a promotion. We generally send the goods to our shipper in 3-5 days. If an item is out of stock or we need more info before we ship, we will e-mail you within 3 days. Once the goods are shipped and can be tracked, we will post that tracking number into our system and we will e-mail you a tracking number (please be sure to add our email to your contacts). The package must be signed for, if you are not home they will leave a slip, if you fail to pick up or refuse your package you will not be refunded, as it is your responsibility to get the product. We will reship the package if it comes back but fees may be incurred and the wait may be 2-3 weeks. We do not refund shipping charges and ship most items from China .

We will never share your customer information with a third party. All order data is securely processed to complete the order and confidentiality is guaranteed. We do not have access to any customer payment information. All payment information is securely processed by our payment processor and they are prohibited in using your info in any way but to only charge you for the order.

Returns & Exchange

Because we are a discount shop that ships most goods from overseas and work on tight profit margins we do NOT OFFER REFUNDS on any products purchased unless noted on product description. Exchanges can be made on defective or damaged merchandise if unused. Acceptable reasons for an exchange: factory defect, wrong color/size was sent, or any mistake made on our part. Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: Colors are darker/lighter than picture, item had minor color differences or minor detail or wording differences from the picture, item does not fit, I would rather have a different item, clothing damaged because of washing and used item. Customers are required to email us within 5 days of receiving their order/package. In this case the customer must send a digital image of damage and once we approve the return customer must send it back within 7 days (postmarked) OR we will refuse the shipment.

Customer will need a RA number on the return or we will not accept the package. We generally will exchange goods as a courtesy if goods are available but we will not pay any shipping costs and there is a handling fee. If you need to cancel we can usually do that if you contact us within 6 hours of placing your order - all cancellations are subject to a processing fee of 15%. After 6 hours cancellation of the order the processing fee is 25% plus the shipping fee will be charged to your account.

Shipping charges are never refundable under any circumstances. In some rare cases if we give a refund we will deduct the shipping fee and if the item had free shipping on purchase then the shipping will be deducted as if it had a normal shipping fee and we deduct a 25% restocking & handling fee from the total. For hygienic reasons and health risk, returns and exchanges can not be accepted on swim wear. Some Designer bags if noted on the bags product details page come with a 7 day money back guarantee , less shipping fees and the 15% restocking fee .

Back-Orders

We cannot guarantee that every item on our website is in stock at all times. If an item you order is out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail within 3-5 days of placing your order. Some popular styles can be back-ordered for weeks or months at a time. If we can obtain an expected date of when the item will be available, we will let you know as soon as possible.
